Sports and performance coaching

Keto-Solutions offers coaching in sports and sports performance in both keto and fasting modes. This program is for people who have already been on a diet that is either low in carbohydrates or the ketogenic diet, with or without intermittent fasting, who also play sports, and who need lifestyle advice and coaching.

A standard trainer might suggest eating pasta the day before a sports event such as a half marathon, for example. But what if you eat keto and want to stay in nutritional ketosis? What to take before, during, and after an endurance event? How to start training or resume training after keto-adaptation? What physical activities promote the reduction of insulin resistance? What physical activities can help weight loss when eating keto or doing intermittent fasting? Can we do weight training while fasting? What are ideal protein intakes if you train?

If these are the kind of questions you ask yourself and this is the kind of coaching you need, simply sign up for one of our Sport and Performance packages and you will be followed via phone or Skype by our Keto physiologist, an ultra-marathoner himself, at the frequency that suits you. Please note that Sport and Performance packages do not provide access to educational modules on the basics of the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.

KETO-SHAPE PACKAGE $160

    For beginners, people who are not very active, or recovering from an injury. This package is designed to establish an action plan to help you take the first step and gently integrate physical activity. Thus, together we will establish the first move that seems the most realistic. As each person is different, a training program consists of exercises adapted to the individual needs of each person. Each program is prepared specifically for each client. The program is emailed with pictures, video links, and all the necessary components to get started.

    KETO-ENDURO PACKAGE $180

      • One initial 60 minute session
      • Two 30 minute follow-ups
      • Access to videos

      Meetings are via phone or Skype with our keto-kinesiologist.

      Become better in a sport, take up a sporting challenge, complete a marathon, etc. These goals are achievable with excellent athletic preparation that considers both the needs of the body and the demands of the sport practiced. This package will prepare you gradually for your challenge taking into account your ketogenic diet (or LCHF).

      KETO-MUSCULO PACKAGE $180

        For those who regularly bodybuild for different purposes (e.g. muscle gain, fat loss), and who need advice regarding their diet (ketogenic, LCHF, fasting, supplements) to optimize their results.
